Wronia 31 is a modern office building in Warsaw's Wola district. The building received an Outstanding BREEAM certification.
Office building Wronia 31 has become part of the new business centre of Warsaw. The interesting building fits in with the new and old buildings in the neighbourhood. Different façades make the architecture coherent, but also, depending on the point of view, it has a slightly different character.
During the BREEAM certification process, the office building received the highest possible rating in the BREEAM Outstanding certification system at the Post Construction stage. This is a unique award, which was granted only twice in Poland. Wronia 31 gained 86.7 points during the certification process.
